A boutique, family-run B&B on Milan's Navigli canals. A warm, canal-side site built to win direct bookings back from the booking portals.
A boutique design hotel in Milan, furnished in Moroso and Marset with interiors by Caberlon Caroppi. An editorial, architectural site that finally matches the rooms.

An intentional-conversation app: hand-written, neuroscience-informed prompts for dates, friends and family, made to create presence rather than fill silence. Designed and shipped as one continuous process, from information architecture to a paying product.
Built with Claude CodeThe agent, its guardrails and the safety receipt, engineered in code from the terminal up.

An AI assistant that lives on a box you own: it triages the inbox, reads the long documents and hands you one digest a day. Every action is logged in a plain-language safety receipt you could show a client. Built with Claude Code and offered to customers as a full-fledged service - installed, maintained and supported. Built carefully, sold honestly.

Scope intelligence for agencies
An AI platform that reads the contract, watches client requests, flags scope drift in real time and drafts the change order before the margin leaks. Built for agency founders and project leads who keep doing unbilled work. Vibe-coded and developed on Lovable - where TruTalk shipped from Replit and Juno from Claude Code - the same design discipline carried across whichever instrument the product calls for.
The complete TruTalk identity - brand essence, logomark, wordmark, palette and type system - designed in Figma from first keyword to final mockup, and shipped alongside the product it dresses.
